The bed was exceptionally comfortable. the room was neat and updated with a large bathroom. - the staff was exceptional and pleasant.

The hotel is perfect, overall clean, with modern and neat rooms. The staff is really good and very welcoming. The rooms are complete with a covered hot tub and 2 queen beds. The location is marvelous and beautiful, right by the Bavaro lobby, Discoteca, Theater, and various dining options. The beach is easily accessible throughout the resort.

Great beach, landscaping. Good food (Brazilian Steakhouse), comfortable rooms. Nice spa and gym. Fun bars. After getting thru the first day and dropping our expectations, we had a very nice time for our remaining stay.

Terrible experience with front desk on multiple occasions. Rooms were not ready for more than 3 hours even though we checked in after 3pm. Room keys did not work on multiple occasions. Very few staff members had a personality. Front desk manager was totally disinterested in our complaint about check in issues. Vendors are allowed on the grounds to try to sell you stuff, especially around the pool area. Takes away from a very nice relaxing environment. That's why we choose to stay in resorts to get away from constant badgering of vendors. Very poor communication towards guests. Just a little more effort from staff would go a long way. It starts from the top and after dealing with the Hotel Manager, I can understand the shortcomings
